The work uses the unwanted effect from DLP projectors caller the Rainbow Effect. It occurs when the view eye moves and the brain then can see the red, green and bule information the projector in mixing together to create a full colour image. A fan is mounted on the ceiling pointing downwards with a length of string attach to it blade. The DLP projector in mount on the floor projection upwards. As the fan spins the string transforms into a spiral which then breaks apart as the image is projected.
